REQUESTING QUOTES AND PLACING ORDERS

The beauty of the Conestoga line of doors and cabinet components is that there are so many options! Unfortunately, that makes it very difficult for most customers to accurately calculate individual piece prices, let alone a full room of cabinets.

So, The Cabinet Authority is here to help!

We can usually get quotes to you within a couple hours, if you provide us the key information. Just email or fax us the following information:

For Cabinet quotes:

• The wood specie (such as Red Oak, Cherry, Paint-grade Hard Maple, etc.)
• The door style (such as CRP-10 or Lafayette or any of the dozens of others)
• The overlay (how much bigger is the door than the opening in the frame on each side? 1/2", 1-1/4" or Flush Inset are common choices)
• The finish color, if desired
• The list of cabinet sizes and styles (you can use our codes, like B3D1834.5 or W2430, or generic descriptions, such as '3-drawer base, 18" wide' or even some other manufacturer's code; we'll calculate the door and drawer sizes for you)
• (If you have layout design drawings, feel free to include them.)

For Door and Drawer Front quotes:

• The wood specie (such as Red Oak, Cherry, Paint-grade Hard Maple, etc.)
• The door style (such as CRP-10 or Lafayette or any of the dozens of others)
• The finish color, if desired
• The list of sizes

For Accessory quotes:

• The wood specie (such as Red Oak, Cherry, Paint-grade Hard Maple, etc.)
• The accessory code or name
• The accessory size, if applicable

If you're not sure of some this information, take your best guess. If you know more details (edge profile, drawer slides, etc.), then list them, too. If there's some information that we need that isn't included in your quote request, we'll call or email you.

When you get the preliminary quote back from us (usually via email), review all the details carefully. Often, we'll include a list of questions, concerns or issues that need to be addressed before creating a final quote. We will be happy to suggest other options to keep the cost down or discuss alternative configurations. Feel free to ask for multiple variations -- trying different species or finishes, for example -- to get to a final quote that you're satisfied with. We're more than willing to help you each step of the way.

When you're ready to place the order, just fill in the payment information (all major credit cards are accepted, as are checks), sign the quote and fax, email or mail it back to us. When we get it, the order will be submitted to Conestoga. Usually within 24 hours of receiving payment*, we'll send you an acknowledgment that the order has been released into the production process. At this time, the order is final.

* Acknowledgments may take longer for payments made by check. Special Design requests may also cause delays.
