Conestoga has a long history of shipping products complete and on-time over 99% of the time. Within a day or two of your order being released into production, we will send you the date on which the order will ship. After it ships, we will send you the tracking number so you can know when it will arrive.
The lead times listed here are for planning purposes, but are not guaranteed. (Though, they tend to be very reliable.) They are based on normal business days, excluding weekends, company holidays and non-workdays due to acts of nature. These times start from the date on which your order is released into production and do not include transportation time.*
Orders containing products with different lead-times are given the date of the longest lead-time product, unless otherwise specified on the order. Special Design products may have extended lead-times.

* Most orders ship via UPS Ground, UPS Freight or other carriers from manufacturing plants in PA or NC during the afternoon of the scheduled ship date. East Coast transit times are generally 1-2 days; West Coast transit times are generally 4-6 days.
